How it is made:Once production request is done upon your order, this is how your shoes are going to be made: It takes about 1 day for a molding technician to cut the leather according to the pattern and cut. Then ittakes about 1 to 2 days for upper work such as sewing and attaching decorations to the cut leather. * Please note that Giclee ishighly craftedmade-to-order golf shoes- handmade in Korea and internationally shipped. So please allow us 15 days to deliver at your door. |

-Returns are accepted only if the shoes are defective.
-Due to negligence or wear and tear aftertryingwill incur a charge such as restocking fee.
-In any case of a return, weonly accept that if the shoes are in their original condition, including the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn with no vamp mark.
-The Cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as the import taxes on the case are due.
